Speech and Language Therapist - Worthing I am currently recruiting for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist (Band 5 or 6) to work in an SEN School in Worthing

Seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with experience of working with children and adolescents with special educational needs. This school is a well-established with over 500 Students. It is an Outstanding (Ofsted 2024) special school for autistic students aged 3-19. The successful candidate will be working within an established Therapy Team, working with students who have a wide variety of conditions including autism.

This post provides many exciting opportunities including assessment, group work, one to one therapy and class-based interventions, working in collaboration with teaching staff, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and rehabilitation assistants.

The Therapy Team is responsible for integrating clinical intervention across all aspects of the educational curriculum ensuring that pupils are able to readily access and engage in learning. All therapy staff are supported by the Therapy Team lead and by senior clinicians across the therapy disciplines.
