RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly to meet deadlines
- Adhere to procedures outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS) and follow decisions made during Management Reviews
- Support the execution of the combined Internal Audit Schedule
- Collaborate with the Production team to establish and maintain quality standard.
- Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement in processes and systems
- Document, track, and report on quality-related actions and their outcomes
- Coordinate and manage corrective actions to address quality issues effectively
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in quality processes and systems
- Ensure all company products and services meet or exceed quality standards
- Respond promptly to corrective and preventive action requirements to resolve issues efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in roles such as Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or similar, with a solid understanding of chemical processes
- In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and best practices
- Hands-on experience with product testing and quality control systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in techniques such as 5 Whys, 8D, Ishikawa, and CAPA
- A collaborative mindset, with a desire to work with team members to enhance processes and improve product quality
- Proficient in documentation practices and requirements
- Sound knowledge of sampling methods and product testing
- Familiarity with management systems, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metric evaluation
- Capable of investigating, researching, and managing information efficiently
