Sonic Summary

An opportunity is available for a chef to work independently in a brand-new, large, well-equipped kitchen.
The position offers day-time hours with the latest finish at 5pm.
The chef will lead a small team of chefs and kitchen porters.
Candidates should have experience in delivering a simple, fresh menu in a café/bistro style setting.
The salary for this role is competitive, and a minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
