SEN Teaching Assistant
Prospero Teaching are working with an Alternative Provision for children and young people with a Primary diagnosis of Autism who are looking for staff to support students emotionally and academically. The ages of students will range from 7, through to 16.
We are in search of Teaching Assistants who:
- Are nurturing and empathetic
- Have a great sense of humour
- Are an adaptable, collaborative team player
- Are patient with a flair for celebrating the smallest of successes
Contract details:
- Location - Basingstoke, Hampshire
- Position - SEN Teaching Assistant
- Start date - ASAP
- Contract type - Long term supply or Term to perm
- Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing
- Full time/part time - Full time
- Minimum rate of pay - 13.09 per hour
Eligibility:
- C grade or higher in English and Maths at GCSE
- Calm and nurturing approach
- Personable
- Reliable and hard working
