A Restaurant/Deputy Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and the broader hotel operations, ensuring excellent customer service, staff management, and profitability. Here's a breakdown of a typical job description for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

1.Operational Management:

oManage daily operations of the restaurant and assist in hotel management tasks.

oEnsure all services are delivered to the highest standard, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest services.

oOversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and hotel areas.

oHandle guest complaints and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.

2.Staff Management:

oSupervise, train, and schedule restaurant and hotel staff, including waitstaff, kitchen staff, receptionists, and housekeepers.

oConduct performance evaluations, mentor staff, and promote a positive working environment.

oAssist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.

oEnsure all staff follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.

3.Customer Service:

oEnsure an exceptional guest experience from check-in to dining and overall stay.

oHandle VIP guests and high-profile clients with special attention.

oMonitor guest feedback and reviews, making improvements based on suggestions.

4.Financial Management:

oManage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance of the restaurant and hotel operations.

oMaximize revenue through efficient service and promotional initiatives.

oAssist in managing payroll, inventory, and supplier relationships.

oReview and analyze financial reports and suggest improvements.

5.Sales and Marketing:
