An Accounts Senior is needed to lead our Accounting & Finance team in the professional services industry. This leader will be crucial to ensure efficiency and accuracy in our Wrexham office.

Description
- Produce first draft financial statements for the more complex assignments, identifying and appropriately clearing client queries before passing the file for review
- Following the client review/meeting, ensure any final adjustments are processed in the financial statements and taxation software.
- Draft tax computations and return forms for all entity types and complete the tax working papers schedule?
- Submission of approved financial statements and statutory tax returns in accordance with the entity's needs
- Produce client management accounts and appropriate commentary, ensuring client needs and deadlines are met to support them from an advisory perspective.?
- Perform financial analysis and present findings to upper management.
- Provide coaching, training and support to Associate's, utilising your knowledge and experience
- Review working papers from Associates
Profile
A successful Accounts Senior should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or working toward completion
- Experience in a team coaching and mentorship
- Have the desire and ability to develop and grow within a forward-thinking and supportive environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
