Administrator
Position: Temp-to-Perm
Location: Wrexham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: 11.44 per hour (increasing to 12.04 after 12 weeks)
Our client, a leading organization in the education sector, is seeking to grow their team with an Administrator to support learner inquiries and manage essential data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound calls
- Performing general office and administrative tasks
- Organizing and maintaining documents
- Data entry and document management
- Communicating with training officers, companies, and apprentices
- Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy
- Occasionally making outbound calls
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an Administrator who has:
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage inbound calls confidently
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid computer skills
- Familiarity with safeguarding protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
