Sales Negotiator
26,390 per annum + overtime
Permanent role
Location: Wrexham
Working 9am - 5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break) M-F and 1 in 4 Saturdays paid at time & a half
The Role
Sales Negotiator required to work for a privately owned Estate Agency, offering a diverse range of professional services.
Main duties of the Sales Negotiator will include:
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders (i.e. Clients, solicitors)
- Book viewing appointments, chase feedback, advise on queries in relation to the chain.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market.
- Manage administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
The Candidate
The ideal Sales Negotiator will have the following skills and attributes:
- Local knowledge of Wrexham area
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Flexible approach to meet the demands of the business.
- Good I.T skills
