Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Waste / Recycling company in their search for a Customer Service Manager to work based at their depot in Wrexham.
For the successful Customer Service Manager our client is offering:
- £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum DOE
- 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
- Full-time permanent position
- Free parking on-site
The role - Customer Service Manager:
- Effectively managing a team of Customer Service Executives
- Training and managing Customer Service Assistants and Representatives
- Deal with incoming calls and ensure they are handled professionally
- Ensuring all required administration tasks are performed in a timely manner
- Co-operate with all departments to ensure effective and accurate communication with customers.
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Manager:
- 3+ years experience in a Customer Service Management role - ESSENTIAL
- Proven track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced industry
- The ability to remain patient and calm during stressful situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation to use their initiative and to innovate when required
