Package: up to £30,000 Depending on experienceHolidays: 20 days & bank holidaysLocation: Wrexham (Main Office) - Home working option available - South basedBenefits: Bonus - Mileage paid - Bupa Scheme The RoleWe are expanding and looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Representative to join the UK team. While field sales experience is a great advantage, it's not essential - we're looking for someone with a passion for sales, who is confident, outgoing, and ready to drive new business opportunities. This is a field-based role, meaning regular travel is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales markets and segments to target.
  • Proactively seek new customers and build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Represent the clients leisure concepts, products, and services.
  • Conduct customer meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person.
  • Prepare tailored price offers and negotiate sales terms.
  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Regularly update and maintain CRM records, tracking sales activities and opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the General Sales Director.

The ideal candidateWe are looking for someone who:

  • Is confident and outgoing, comfortable working with a variety of customers.
  • Has a positive attitude and a strong drive for success in sales.
  • Is organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enjoys working in a team and collaborating across departments.
  • Has a driving license and their own car (due to travel requirements).
  • Field sales experience is a plus but not required - a passion for sales and a desire to learn is what matters most!
