The Role of the Customer Service Administrator
An exciting opportunity to work within a globally recognised company has arisen for an Administrator with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Deliver high-quality registration and certification support for the company.
  • Provide accurate financial data
  • Data entry
  • Support with exam marking, raise invoices and purchase orders
  • Support training centres via email and telephone.
  • Deal with ad hoc queries.


The Candidate:
The successfully appointed Customer Service Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Will have a warm and friendly telephone manner
  • Administrative experience
  • Good IT skills across the Microsoft suite
