Recruit4staff is seeking an experienced Credit Controller for a leading manufacturing company in Wrexham.
The position offers a salary range of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum and is a permanent role with Monday to Friday working hours from 09.00 to 17.30.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the credit control process, minimizing overdue payments, and evaluating credit checks.
Candidates must have essential experience in credit control, sales ledger, or accounts receivable, with previous experience in a manufacturing environment being advantageous.
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and strong negotiation skills are also required for this role.

£28,000 - £30,000 p/annum

The role - Credit Controller :

Oversee the end-to-end credit control process, including monitoring outstanding invoices, chasing payments, and ensuring queries are dealt with promptly
Minimise overdue payments and reduce debtor days
Set up debt repayment strategies with customers
Evaluate credit checks and reduce risks doing regular checks on existing and new clients
Provide finance support when needed

What our client is looking for in a Credit Controller :

Experience working within credit control / sales ledger / accounts receivable - ESSENTIAL
Previous experience working within Credit Control in a manufacturing environment - ADVANTAGEOUS
Negotiation skills
Attention to detail
MS Excel (Intermediate / Advanced) - ESSENTIAL
