Responsibilities:

  • Act as a warm, positive, and confident communicator, delivering exceptional service through verbal and written channels.
  • Utilise your influential skills to navigate our products digitally and demonstrate their value to clients.
  • Maintain market awareness and have a deep understanding of key customer behaviours to better serve our client base.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a proficient understanding of our organisation, including its history, methodology, and product suite, to confidently engage with clients.
  • Help clients achieve success by providing timely support via verbal and written communication, ensuring a smooth client journey.
  • Gather and prioritise client feedback, ensuring it reaches the appropriate channels to enhance our products and prevent client churn.
  • Create valuable, evergreen content and resources to educate and drive rapid product adoption among our clients.
  • Conduct digital navigational demonstrations when appropriate and work towards maximising tool utilisation through automation.

  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a warm and positive demeanour.
  • Influential and adept at demonstrating/navigating digital products.
