A market-leading manufacturing company based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service skills to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality customer service to the company's valued retailer optician customers. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication. Full training is provided.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Advisor or similar role.

  • Knowledge of the optical industry is advantageous but not essential.

  • A team player with a strong sense of integrity and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to process orders and data accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring KPIs for response times are met.

  • Track and communicate order delays and breakages to customers.

  • Work closely with the Customer Service Section Leader and ASM to resolve complaints effectively.

  • Answer technical queries related to optical lens dispensing.

  • Inform customers about new products, services, and promotions.

  • Process all orders on the same day they are received.

  • Make proactive retention calls to re-engage inactive customers and encourage new business.
