  • Salary - £24,000 per annum
  • Shift Pattern – 5 days from 7 weekly on rota (Some weekend work will be required when scheduled)

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team and play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service and administrative support. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping others and ensuring smooth operational processes within a dynamic property maintenance and installation organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, verifying client information and resolving customer issues.
  • Book appointments and provide detailed information and support to customers throughout all stages of service, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Record conversation notes and client interactions in the company's IT system.
  • Maintain a central filing system as directed and manage contract-specific KPI demands.
  • Update client-specific IT systems and maintain robust administration processes.
  • Liaise daily with Field Operation Technicians and Managers to meet individual needs and requests.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, policies, and codes of conduct.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solid background in Customer Service roles
  • Excellent communicator by telephone, face-to-face and also electronically
  • Experience in a high-volume environment
