Customer Service Agent
- Location: Wrexham
- Job Type – Full Time, Permanent
- Salary - £24,000 per annum
- Shift Pattern – 5 days from 7 weekly on rota (Some weekend work will be required when scheduled)
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team and play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service and administrative support. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping others and ensuring smooth operational processes within a dynamic property maintenance and installation organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, verifying client information and resolving customer issues.
- Book appointments and provide detailed information and support to customers throughout all stages of service, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Record conversation notes and client interactions in the company's IT system.
- Maintain a central filing system as directed and manage contract-specific KPI demands.
- Update client-specific IT systems and maintain robust administration processes.
- Liaise daily with Field Operation Technicians and Managers to meet individual needs and requests.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures, policies, and codes of conduct.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid background in Customer Service roles
- Excellent communicator by telephone, face-to-face and also electronically
- Experience in a high-volume environment
