Your new roleBased in Wrexham, my client is looking for a customer service superstar with past experience delivering unmatched customer and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Liaising with UK & EU Customers / Franchisees
- Customer Quote & Order Processing via Soleil online platform or email
- Dealing with customer enquiries such as order and stock related issues
- Transport Booking and liaising with nominated transport partners and courier services
- Liaising with our Warehouse & External Partners
- Dealing with Customer Complaints
- Processing Customer Orders, Invoices, Returns and Credit Notes
- General Admin / Internal Data Maintenance
What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in a similar role, as well as the following:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel and Teams
- Experience with Sage (desirable)
- Knowledge of international freight/shipping, including experience with customs (desirable)
