Your new role
Based in Wrexham, my client is looking for a customer service superstar with past experience delivering unmatched customer and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Liaising with UK & EU Customers / Franchisees
  • Customer Quote & Order Processing via Soleil online platform or email
  • Dealing with customer enquiries such as order and stock related issues
  • Transport Booking and liaising with nominated transport partners and courier services
  • Liaising with our Warehouse & External Partners
  • Dealing with Customer Complaints
  • Processing Customer Orders, Invoices, Returns and Credit Notes
  • General Admin / Internal Data Maintenance

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role, as well as the following:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel and Teams
  • Experience with Sage (desirable)
  • Knowledge of international freight/shipping, including experience with customs (desirable)

What you'll get in return
Hybrid working model (onsite 2 days per week in Wrexham office) 37.5 hours a week 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday (half an hour lunch break), 8am to 4pm Friday
