25,000 - 31,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)

The Role
Customer Service Specialist required for a dynamic and progressive organisation who provide first class service to their client base.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:
- Managing inbound customer queries, providing exceptional customer service.
- Account managing a wide portfolio of clients via email, phone and video call.
- Consulting with clients, making them aware of the products available to them.
- Developing company product knowledge to discuss with client base.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and company departments.
- Using help desk software as well as CRM software (Sales force).
The ideal Customer Service Specialist requirements:
- Background in Account Management, business development or customer service.
- Effective relationship builder.
- Customer focused as well as a fantastic communicator.
- A warm, positive, confident professional, adaptable to change and evolving requirements.
- Competent user of Microsoft suites including Excel and PowerPoint as well as have the ability to use CRM software.
