Description

The key responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger include:

Reconciling stock deliveries with purchase orders
Processing and scanning of supplier invoices.
Cover for the weekly payment run.
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Maintenance of supplier details in SAGE 200.
To respond to in-bound Purchase Ledger queries.

Profile

The successful purchase ledger will have:

Experience in a similar role
Exposure to Sage 200 - desirable
Excellent attention to detail
AAT studier - desirable but not essential
