Purchase Ledger Assistant

£25k per annum

Monday - Friday / General Office Hours

Wrexham

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a 100% office-based role.

Performance Objectives

  • Reporting to the Payroll/Purchase ledger Manager.
  • You will be responsible for the checking of supplier invoices to our client’s database system to ensure that all supplier costs have been invoiced out to customers.
  • Checking of Supplier Statements will need good communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal customer service team to resolve any queries.

Person Specification

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • You will need to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload according to deadlines.
  • Experience of working within a similar role would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
