Description
The duties of the Sales Ledger Supervisor include:
- Reviewing aged debt and providing detailed analysis and reporting
- Managing EDI failed invoices and ensuring timely resolution
- Reconciling customer accounts and handling debit note management
- Driving process improvements and addressing team escalations
- Conducting HR-related tasks such as probation and absence reviews
- Providing team training and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Weekly direct debit runs and providing cover for all key tasks
Profile
A successful Sales Ledger Supervisor should have:
- Experience with EDI transmissions and resolution of failures
- Proficiency with customer portals for queries and reconciliations
- Advanced MS Office/Excel skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to think outside the box to enhance processes
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills
