Sales Person

£28k per annum + Bonus

Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking for a Sales Person to join their team on a permanent basis. You will play a key role in supporting the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the overall success of Domestic sales. This position requires a combination of sales experience and relationship-building skills driven by a desire to succeed in a field sales role.

Performance Objectives

  • Generate new leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, field sales and online research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
  • Close deals and secure contracts.
  • Work towards to achieving individual sales targets and KPIs and contribute to business goals.
  • Work closely with internal departments to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Provide feedback from customers to contribute to product/service enhancements.
  • Track your own sales performance and business development opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports for management to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Conduct through market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
  • Analyse industry data and competitor activities to stay informed about market changes.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, business development, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Sales experience within the logistics sector would be desirable.
  • Willingness to drive nationwide.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle.
