Your new companyA healthcare provider in the Wrexham area are looking for an experienced service coordinator / pathway coordinator to cover a period of planned absence! Your new roleWorking with a busy and essential health service, your new post as a temporary Health and Wellbeing Service Coordinator will see you providing essential administrative support for a multidisciplinary clinical team. Acting as a linchpin within the service, you will be integral to coordinating and maintaining arrangements for patient pathways. You will be collating patient data and ensuring absolute compliance in line with specific patient pathways, with patient's wellbeing always being at the forefront of everything you do! You will minute essential multidisciplinary meetings and accurately record patient plans, as well as take responsibility for arranging the meetings and preparing meeting packs. You will be using the WPAS system on a daily basis to maintain data integrity. You will be site based in Wrexham for your 22.5 hour week, working 3 full days. What you'll need to succeedExperience of working with WPAS is essential for this post given the short-term nature. You will ideally have experience in NHS coordination, or patient pathways; however, NHS administration with minute-taking experience will also be considered. You will be confident working in a busy service and be able to confidently book patients into a variety of different clinics. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to record information accurately. Given the sensitive nature of some of the clinics, you will be able to work in an empathetic manner whilst ensuring efficiency for both the trust and the patients. You will be available at short notice, with a view to start on Monday 6th Jan, or that week commencing, and available for the full month of January as a minimum. What you'll get in returnYour part-time role will offer you 22.5 hours spread across 3 full days based on site in Wrexham. You will have an hourly rate of £14.89ph plus holiday roll up paid as PAYE. This post is set to run for 1 month, but has the potential for extension due to the nature of the cover needed.
