- Lead, mentor and coach a small team of Analysts
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards
- Define data quality procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Monitor and analyse master data related KPIs/ metrics
- Ensure data processes support business requirements
- Master data compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Identify and mitigate risks with the data environment
- Responsible for master data governance framework
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum 4 years working in a Master Data related role
- Worked at enterprise level
- Successfully led and coached a team of Analysts
- Proven experience scoping and implementing data governance processes
- Worked with SAP / S/4 HANA data management
- Experience working in a Shared Service Centre / Global function
- Able to communicate with non-technical people with ease
