Your new company
I am currently working with a key manufacturing client who is looking for an experienced, motivated and meticulous administrator to join the team on an ongoing temporary basis to support with workload. You must be immediately available as my client is looking for a quick turnaround to start.
Your new role
You will be supporting the Supply Chain team for a period of approx. 3 months with the below responsibilities: Order Processing: You'll be responsible for placing orders into a Purchase Order (PO) system called Kofax. After entering the orders, you'll place them with suppliers, ensuring they meet the specified lead times.Stock Checks: Throughout the day, you'll check stock levels against plans. You'll receive training on how to do this and update the call-offs accordingly.Reporting and Data Entry: Part of your role will involve entering data into dashboards and creating reports.Other Administrative Tasks: You'll also handle some general administrative tasks to support the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be immediately available to start and have experience in a similar role previously. You will have excellent Excel skills, ordering experience and be able to demonstrate where you have successfully managed customer engagement. Exposure to managing and uploading POs will be hugely advantageous. You will have a keen eye for detail, have good communication skills and be able to adapt to new systems and situations quickly.

Temporary role with an immediate start, expected to last around 3 months. You will receive system training where required and will have the full support of your manager throughout. This role is full-time, office-based and hours are Monday-Friday, 8-4. Free parking on site.
