Job Title: Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Commercial PropertyLocation: WrexhamSalary: c. £60K + Excellent Benefits My client, a well-regarded firm with a strong presence in the commercial property sector, is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team. This full-time role is based in the vibrant heart of Wrexham, with hybrid working options available. As a member of the commercial property team, you’ll be responsible for managing a varied and complex caseload, which will include:
  • Easements and Wayleaves
  • Option agreements and leases
  • Sale of land with development potential (including overage provisions)
  • Agricultural property work and property development (experience in these areas is beneficial but not essential)
You’ll be working with a diverse client base, including landowners, developers, and funders. Many of these clients are long-standing and loyal to the firm, offering you the opportunity to build strong professional relationships and contribute to the continued success of the firm. To be considered for this role, candidates should have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the sector and a genuine passion for developing their career further. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work under pressure. Professionalism, integrity, and confidence when dealing with clients will be key to success in this role. Benefits:
