Production Technician Temporary - Permanent Wrexham Industrial Estate 14.50 + 30 Days Holiday + Enhanced Overtime Rate 5% Pension Contributions 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday


We are looking for a Production Technician to join a busy manufacturing facility in Wrexham. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring efficient workflow, and assisting with product manufacturing. You will play a key role in maintaining high production standards while adhering to company and industry regulations.



The Production Technician Role -

  • Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Manufacture products according to company specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and any technical issues.
  • Follow company policies and health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Work closely with quality control and engineering teams to improve efficiency.


The Ideal Production Technician Candidate -


The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess the following skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Good timekeeping and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation is desirable.
