A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Site Administrator to join our client based on Wrexham Industrial Estate.

Work Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, 37.5 hours per week

£12.50 per hour - Temp to Perm contract

The successful Site Administrator candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the management team on site.

Duties will include:

Coordination of daily telephone calls, letters and e-mails to ensure they are dealt with efficiently

Purchase order processing

Produce necessary documents and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner ensuring precision and accuracy

Develop and maintain filing systems, including the distribution of information for meetings

General office duties to include but not limited to copying and preparing documents, office supply management and other clerical duties.

Coordination of site visits and meeting

Ability to develop an populate spreadsheets, collating information as necessary

Additional administrative duties as requested

Essential Skills and Experience:

Excellent communication/listening, customer service and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail

Good knowledge of IT software particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

Administrative skills i.e. typing, coordination of management reports

Ability to work without supervision

Self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise in an environment with frequent interruptions

Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive confidential information on a regular basis.

Experience with SAP is desirable
