Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pest inspections, identify infestations, and assess the extent of pest problems.
Implement safe and effective pest control treatments and prevention measures.
Provide advice and recommendations to clients regarding pest prevention.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and chemicals used, adhering to legal and company regulations.
Respond to client calls promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pest Control Technician (minimum 1 year).
RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management or equivalent (desirable).
Full UK driving license (essential).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
