We are looking for a dedicated Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist to join our team in Wrexham on a full-time, 3-month locum contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy and make a difference in a dynamic healthcare setting.

About the Role:As an MSK Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You will work within a supportive team, managing a varied caseload of patients with musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation needs, and pain management.

Key duties include:

  • Delivering high-quality clinical assessments and treatments for a diverse MSK caseload
  • Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans based on individual patient needs
  • Utilizing a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation techniques
  • Offering patient education to promote self-management and prevent further injury
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care
  • Providing ongoing evaluation of patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly

About You:To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A recognised Physiotherapy degree and HCPC registration
  • Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions
  • Experience with both acute and chronic MSK injuries, rehabilitation, and pain management
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage a busy caseload
