About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Male PE Teacher to join our dynamic team at a school in Wrexham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physical education lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for physical activity and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Organise and oversee extracurricular sports activities and events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the PE curriculum.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- Experience teaching PE at the secondary school level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to promoting physical health and well-being.
Desirable:
- Experience in coaching or leading sports teams.
- First Aid certification.
