Randstad is looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team, working with various care homes in Wrexham and nearby areas. We welcome individuals with experience in elderly care or supporting people with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily living activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.

- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in elderly care or supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Full right to work in the UK (we do not provide sponsorship).
- Ideally, a driver, as some care homes are located in rural areas.
