Finance Manager – Home-based with occasional travel - £47,000 – 56,000 packageYou will be supporting the Head of Finance in delivering effective financial information. You’ll manage a small team, you’ll oversee financial reporting, statutory accounts, and key financial controls.What You’ll Do:You will prepare monthly management accounts, KPIs, and lead the preparation of annual statutory accounts. As the general ledger super user, you’ll manage finance system changes and ensure the integrity of finance processes.Your responsibilities also include managing accounts payable and receivable functions, coordinating audits, and maintaining process documentation. Additionally, you’ll lead a small team, providing coaching and development while overseeing day-to-day financial operations.What You Need:You will be a qualified accountant, with similar experience in a previous role.You will need to be comfortable working autonomously; the Head of finance is based locally and you will likely have some face time with them but your team and the wider finance team are London based.This role is exclusive to Oakhill Recruitment, please contact Richard Newcombe for more details.
