Finance Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Coordinator to join our team remotely. This part-time role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, with core hours generally between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM for FTE. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and experience within similar finance roles.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Prepare monthly invoicing and support the CFO with financial operations.
  • Handle expense processing and ad hoc purchasing.
  • Book travel arrangements and reconcile associated payments.
  • Preparation of management reports.
  • Perform reporting duties for various schemes and government portals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance (preferred).
  • Experience with M365, including SharePoint, is preferred but not essential.
  • Thorough attention to detail and a self-starter attitude.
  • Proven understanding of preparing management reports.
  • Understanding of payroll processes is an advantage.
