With 500+ employees nationwide and an ambitious growth strategy, our client is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join their team. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and making an impact, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell contract cleaning and FM services to a range of commercial clients
• Identify new business opportunities and secure multi-site contracts
• Manage relationships with existing clients to maximise sales and retention
• Engage with decision-makers at all levels, from operations teams to board members
• Handle the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals
• Develop tailored proposals and prepare tenders to win high-value contracts
The role requires someone to have exceptional communication skills, a desire to progress, ambition and a strategic mindset.
