About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team in Manchester as a Customer Service & Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both new and existing customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, converting new business, and retaining existing clients. Your main focus will be on ensuring a seamless customer journey, resolving queries, and achieving individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service through both inbound and outbound calls
  • Convert new business opportunities and retain existing customers
  • Handle customer enquiries, renewals, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Sell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities
  • Work towards and exceed sales and service KPIs
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements
  • Accurately record customer interactions and maintain compliance standards
  • Ensure fair customer treatment by delivering clear and understandable information
