I am looking for a M&E Manager to join a social housing provider on an initial 3 month contract. The M&E Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and expert technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all lift and M&E regulations, ensuring full compliance. This role offers hybrid working, flexible working, mileage coverage and opportunity to be extended.
M&E Manager duties :
- Lead the provision of performance data on lift and M&E applications
- Oversee the development, delivery, and contract management of lift and M&E servicing programmes
- Monitor contractors' performance in delivering these programmes, addressing any unsatisfactory certifications received, and taking corrective actions as identified during quality audits.
- Develop and maintain systems for all documentation, certificates, follow-up work, and records, ensuring accuracy.
What is required for the role:
- Management experience in a social housing setting
- M&E and Lifts experience
- Experience using compliance and health and safety for all works
- Strong knowledge in the Big 6
