Procurement Manager – Yate/Bristol
Salary: £42,500 + Bonus DOE

• Job Type: Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
• Location: On-site in Yate, Bristol (BS37 5NG).

Salary Details:
£42,500 per annum plus annual performance bonus.
About the Role
As Procurement Manager, you will:
• Oversee daily procurement activities, managing the full process for bespoke office chairs and components.
• Drive supply chain improvements, optimizing margins, quality, and reducing volatility.
• Monitor quality, safety, and standards across the procurement department and supply partners.
• Produce detailed procurement reports, analysing KPIs and presenting findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with accounts and senior leadership on payment scheduling, purchase order fulfilment, and forecasting.
• Champion innovation, positive change, and excellence in manufacturing.
• Take advantage of a clear progression path, with the opportunity to grow into a director-level role in the near future.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a similar procurement/management role, ideally within manufacturing or production.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and building relationships.
• Knowledge of international import, customs, and freight regulations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with MRP and ERP systems in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Ambition, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• While qualifications in procurement or operations management are a plus, your experience and drive are what matter most.
