A fantastic primary school in Yate is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact by providing one-to-one support to pupils with SEN, including ASD and ADHD. In this role, you will work with pupils with EHCPs and challenging behaviours.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
- Assisting with understanding and following teacher instructions
- Providing one-to-one support or working with small groups in the Learning Support department
- Monitoring and recording student progress

Pay: 83.33 - 95.00 per day
