Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of an established, family-run business near Yate that operates in the agricultural industry.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on primarily steel components
- Interpret technical drawings and welding specifications
- Set up and operate welding equipment
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in MIG welding (especially on steel)
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of welding automation systems (preferred but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
