Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Call Scheduler to join their team for a three month temporary assignment, with potential to be extended. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling incidents to meet the agreed service requirements and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to a broad range of customers. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring all incidents are resolved within the agreed SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and schedule incidents, ensuring all service requirements are met while delivering high-quality support.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including team and practice leads, to ensure optimum engineer resource is available to meet customer SLAs and complete incidents within the agreed time frame.
  • Work with wider delivery teams to ensure that customer incidents are efficiently managed through to resolution.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and perform different tasks as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous office based customer service experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support other team members.
  • Previous IT experience.
