Day-to-day of the role:- Making and receiving calls to service customers.
- Liaising with Service Advisors regarding customer bookings and appointments.
- Undertaking administrative duties for the department, including updating records, processing paperwork, and filing using in-house systems.
- Ensuring efficient and accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Working collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous administration and customer service experience is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
