- Accurately input data into the CRM system
- Handle basic procurement and office stock ordering
- Ensure invoices are correctly entered into the accounting software for approval
- Arrange paperwork for couriers (e.g., DHL)
- Check and reconcile Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
- Support the Head of Accounts with day-to-day tasks
- Enter holiday data into the company portal
- Assist with HR duties as needed
- Proven experience in a Finance or Procurement Department
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is ideal)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience inputting data into accounting software
