Our client, a leading IT provider, is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic Finance team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing experience and grow within a fast-paced finance environment.THE ROLE:
  • Accurately input data into the CRM system
  • Handle basic procurement and office stock ordering
  • Ensure invoices are correctly entered into the accounting software for approval
  • Arrange paperwork for couriers (e.g., DHL)
  • Check and reconcile Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger
  • Support the Head of Accounts with day-to-day tasks
  • Enter holiday data into the company portal
  • Assist with HR duties as needed
THE PERSON:
  • Proven experience in a Finance or Procurement Department
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is ideal)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience inputting data into accounting software
