Salary: Circa 40k+ DOE (Pro Rata for PT)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of in-house CRM systems or work closely with external CRM providers.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to drive business growth.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the firm's services.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to meet or exceed sales objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in business development or sales with a minimum of three years' experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally with experience in in-house CRM implementation.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
