Business Development Executive – Permanent – Yeovil – Full Time or Part Time - £40,000 + DOE - Great Company Benefits (Pension Scheme, 23 days' annual leave, flexi work arrangements)

Are you a highly motivated Business Development Executive with at least three years of experience to help drive the growth of a business? Then we want to hear from you!

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with company growth strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of in-house CRM systems or work closely with external CRM providers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market, competitors, and trends to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition.

Key Skills

  • Experience in using and implementing CRM systems. Experience assisting with the creation of an in-house CRM is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role with at least three years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proactive, results-driven, with a focus on meeting targets and continuous improvement.
