Sous Chef
A fantastic opportunity to join this daytime restaurant in a fast-growing business.
The Sous Chef will assist in the overall running of the kitchen & team, supporting the Head Chef in creating and delivering high quality seasonal and locally sourced food. The Sous Chef will facilitate a progressive working culture for the team and help ensure guests have an exciting food experience.
Working collaboratively and dynamically, taking advantage of short term availability of seasonal goods from both in-house butchery and food market as well as a raft of small independent local producers. Fostering a minimal food waste approach consistent with the business' recent B Corp certification, with an emphasis on wood-fired cooking. The role will also involve leading and developing a curious team, and liaising with the front of house.

Salary and Benefits
Salary on offer is from £33,000 p.a. - £40,000 p.a. Depending on Experience Plus Tronc.
