Morson Talent currently have an opportunity available for an Accounts Specialist (Accounts Receivable) to work on the behalf of Atlas Elektronik UK based in Winfrith. This is initially a year long contract, with potential of extension.

The prime purpose of this role is to raise sales invoices to International customers in timely and accurate manner to deliver the optimum cash flow for the company. The position will also undertake investigations into International sales invoicing queries and support the AR Manager with developing systems and processes to improve department output.

Main Responsibilities:

• Raise Invoices
• Raise Credit notes
• Undertake Invoice cancelations
• Undertake cash allocation for customers in remit of role.
• Statement review and reconciliation with the Commercial Managers
• Support the AR Manager with customer debt review for customers in remit of role.
• Review unallocated cash for customers in remit of role.
• Undertake any adhoc invoicing as and when required
• Undertake analysis of accounts as directed by AR Manager
• Cover for AR Manager with Daily Cash sheets
• Cover the other AR specialists during periods of absence
• There may be the requirement to travel
• You are responsible for taking reasonable care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work and to co-operate with managers, supervisors and others to enable the company to meet its statutory obligations for health, safety and environment.


Knowledge, skills and personal qualities

• The post holder is expected to be educated to (at least) A-level standard and have a degree of technical knowledge and skill in accounting/commercial administration with at least 3 years' experience in an accounting or commercial environment.
• Excellent customer interface, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Other requirements: PC Skills, team skills, numerate, ability to prioritise tasks
• Requirement to travel/work away from home/office on occasions which may involve international travel


Hybrid: 20% onsite (once training is completed)
