One of the leading and dynamic clients are looking for an eCommerce Power BI Analyst to leverage their data analytics and enhance eCommerce strategies through insightful dashboards and actionable insights.
Day-to-day of the role:- Analyse eCommerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer behaviour using Power BI and other BI tools.
- Create, maintain, and update interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop automated reporting processes to streamline data analysis for the marketing, product, and sales teams.
- Monitor and analyse eCommerce KPIs, trends, and forecasts to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights into customer behaviour, product performance, and campaign effectiveness to help shape marketing and product strategies.
- Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and marketing teams to ensure proper integration of eCommerce data from various sources like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Big Query.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and implementing data governance best practices.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product management, operations, and sales teams to provide insights that enhance decision-making.
- Support ad-hoc requests for data analysis and reporting from various stakeholders.
- Experience in data analysis, preferably in an eCommerce or digital marketing environment.
- Proven expertise in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX queries, Power Query, and report creation.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Big Query.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas.
- Experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Knowledge of data integration tools like Power Automate and ETL processes.
