About UsOur client are looking for an organised and customer-focused Property Care Planner to join their Home Care team.
As a Property Care Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling and administrating Property Care operatives diaries to ensure the efficient delivery of our Planned Delivery programmes.
You will ensure tasks are completed with accuracy and provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, delivering a top-tier customer experience across all stages of planned delivery.
Please note that this is a temporary position for 12 weeks, with potential to go permanent
Key Responsibilities- Plan, schedule, and manage Property Care operatives' diaries to ensure optimum efficiency across our diverse service area. This includes rescheduling work, managing leave, training, and sickness as necessary.
- Act as the primary customer liaison within the Planned Delivery Team, responding to all forms of contact regarding Property Care delivery programming.
- Ensure materials are ordered through suppliers and arrange deliveries according to the operatives' schedules. Raise purchase orders and GRNs via Ebis and OpenHousing.
- Monitor invoices awaiting payment and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure timely progress and payment of invoices.
- Review digital workstreams such as TotalMobile, work queues, and email inboxes. Identify issues, take necessary actions, and escalate priorities to the Property Care management team when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of assets and work-related documentation on OpenHousing and other internal systems.
- Support the team by contributing to other duties as required.
- Proficient in IT, with practical knowledge of data storage software systems such as OpenHousing, Optimise, DRS work scheduling systems, Microsoft TEAMS/SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- A flexible team player who can adapt to a changing environment, offer ideas, and support colleagues as needed.
