Zachary Daniels has a great opportunity for a Store Manager with exceptional leadership skills to join a business that are thriving and performing really well. We can offer a brand new challenge in a role where you will only work Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30 with no weekends!! You will work with an extablished team, motivate them to achieve the highest service standards and be responsible for business growth.
As a true Business Manager you will be responsible for people, performance, service, marketing and financial performance.

The role as a Store Manager
To be our clients new Store Manager, you will be a hands on, commercial and results driven Manager who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a drive for delivering world class customer service.
As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Amazing working hours - no weekends or evenings!

- Delivering sales and ensuring site profitability
- Training, coaching and developing your team
- Maintaining company and brand standards as well as adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Achieving store and company key performance indicators
- Managing compliance and ensuring all audits are passed successfully and consistently
The package
The salary on offer for this appointment is competitive, depending on experience with a bonus scheme where you can earn an additional £2500, 25 days holiday plus the bank holidays, as well as staff discount and various other benefits.
